My background covers a wide range of skills and disciplines from Architecture and Planning to Urban Design and Heritage.  In light of this we are uniquely placed to represent clients through the Planning Appeals procedure as Expert Witness.  Although we firmly believe that good design will almost always negate the need for a Planning refusal, where it does occur we are well prepared to act on behalf of our clients in this arena.  We are skilled and competent at working with Legal teams and other witnesses and currently have a 100% success rate in defending Local Authority Appeals and Hearings.
