Wow so much has been happening this new year!!! Loads of great work for local Neighbourhood Plans including aspirational ideas for densifying town centre retail that can contribute significantly to regenerating town centres and hopefully reducing car use. Incidentally this work has been reflected in the UK Government's Housing White Paper. www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/590464/Fixing_our_broken_housing_market_-_print_ready_version.pdf
