BARTON UPON HUMBER Non Designated Heritage Asset
We recently completed the Barton Upon Humber Non Designated Heritage Asset study in order to inform the local Neighbourhood Plan being undertaken by Design Yorkshire. This study presented to the community a viable local list of currently non protected heritage assets, aswell as suggestions for further research or listing and other 'positive' buildings that could enhance any potential future conservation area extension.

TheUrbanGlow were commissioned by Bishop Burton Parish Council to undertake a Design Guide for this very attractive former estate village near Beverley in East Yorkshire. We took the approach to produce this beautiful Design Guide and Pattern Book that captured the essence and character of the village with a mind to ensuring new, future development responds to the village's rich character.
